How to become involved in SURGE
There are a number of ways that service users can have their voice heard. You have a choice, as to what you would like to get involved with. Your involvement is completely voluntary and you can get involved as much or as little to suit your needs.
You can register to be added to the SURGE contact list and any information that you provide will be stored on the Service User Involvement Database and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
All travel expenses will be reimbursed for the meetings & consultations that you attend.
Your views are very important to SURGE and we would love to hear your suggestions and ideas on what types of issues service users would like to be consulted upon and how the involvement could be structured.
Please contact the SURGE office to discuss how you could get involved.
