A Stockton Company that sticks it out
In the early days of de-regulation, a local Taxi proprietor, Gordon Robson introduced a competitive local bus service in Stockton. Whilst others tried and failed, Robson remained in business. He used a great variety of second hand vehicles from ex airport shuttle mini-buses to Leyland Nationals and Leopards. Robson Town Service continued until 2001 when Mr. Robson decided to retire from the bus business.
