About us:

The Monterays are a newly formed Marching Display Band based in Hartlepool in the North East of England.

The band was formed in September 2009 and are part of the Northumberland and Durham association, the band will join Division 2.

The Monterays secretary is Paul Barron and our trainer is Stephen Collins, both Paul and Stephen have a wealth of Marching Band experience having both marched previously for bands such as The Zephrons, The Anchorians and Seghill Sovereigns.

We currently have approx 40 members and a strong supporting crew.

Our practice sessions are:

St Oswalds Church Hall, Brougham Terrace, Hartlepool, Cleveland TS24 8EY
Tuesdays 18.00 - 20.00 (Drum Section)
Wednesdays 18.00 - 20.00 (Music/Ranks)

BellVue Sports Centre Kendal Rd, Hartlepool, Cleveland TS25 1QU
Sundays 13.00 - 16.00 (Full band practice)

New members with past or no experience at all are always welcome.
