Hi, I am Trisha Slater, Health & Social Care Officer for Trimdon 2000.
This project was developed after a need identified by the local community, for a key person to be available to..
Direct residents to the appropriate service to meet their needs.
Build partnerships with other organisations enabling them to offer expert advice, information and support that is free and confidential on local level and improve the health and social wellbeing of residents of Trimdon Village.
The fundamental strength of our project, as with all our activities, is that we act to develop services in response to local, identified need. We work with our residents as partners and respect them for their contribution they have to make with their knowledge and experience of living in this rural area.
(The Health and Social Care Officers post is funded by the Northern Rock Foundation and Sedgefield Primary Care Trust)
