The Teesdale - Weardale Search & Mountian Rescue Team is a highly trained and entirely voluntary organisation providing an effective search and rescue service in the High Pennines and County Durham.
The Team is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and covers what is believed to be the largest area of any search and rescue team in England and Wales (in excess of 800 sq. miles)!
