Both are 40m x 20m with geltrack dust-free surfaces. The indoor arena has a viewing gallery and judging box, with the outdoor arena alongside. The outdoor arena has a seated viewing terraced area. PRICES - REGISTERED CHARITIES Per hour up to 4 hours: Indoor Arena £15.00 Outdoor Arena £11.00 Both Arenas £22.00 All day hire £185.00 PRICES - OTHER GROUPS/INDIVIDUALS Per hour up to 4 hours: Indoor Arena £22.00 Outdoor Arena £16.00 Both Arenas £34.00 All day hire £320.00 Payment is required at time of booking. The full fee will be charged for any hire session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, likewise for non-attendance at a booked session. The fees including the use of jumps and equipment, but any breakages must be paid for. All equipment and droppings must be cleared away afterwards. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit card. Conference Suite Hire The Unicorn Centre purpose-built conference suite seats up to 80 people (cinema style). 5 minutes from the A19 south of Middlesbrough, it offers a quiet, countryside, secure location for business meetings, conferences, training events etc. The suite is fully-equipped with OHP, flip charts, TV/Video and Power Point Projector. It is available for hourly, half day, evening, full day or weekend hiring with competitive rates. Large, free car park. Catering options available. 2008 PRICES Full day (9.00am - 5.00pm): £27.00 for up to 6 people. £37.00 for 7-12 people. £48.00 for 13-24 people. £65.00 for 25 or more. Half day (9.00am - 1.00pm or 1.00pm - 5.00pm): £17.00 for up to 6 people. £22.00 for 7-12 people. £28.00 for 13-24 people. £38.00 for 25 or more. Hourly hire (for up to 3 hours): £5.00 for up to 6 people. £6.00 for 7-12 people. £8.00 for 13-24 people. £11.00 for 25 or more. Prices include tea, coffee, fruit juice, mineral water and biscuits morning and afternoon. Hot & cold meals available at extra cost - please enquire for a quotation. Prices also include use of furniture and basic training equipment. Advanced audio-visual equipment can be made available at an additional cost.
