FLASHES AND BANGS
 The Committee of The Upper Weardale Town Hall would like to thank everyone who turned out on November 5th to their annual bonfire and fireworks night and gave donations towards next year’s event also all those who gave bonfire materials to make a good fire again. The night was a huge success and every one had a great time.
Special thanks go to David and Robert Reed for use of their field and all their help, David Bainbridge for electric and storage. Many thanks to Councillor John Shuttleworth , Wellburn Care Homes, Myra & Jayne Hughes, Hetherington & Harrison Mart, Billy & Betty Rutherford, Effie Lee, Ronnie & Dorothy Hepple, Michael & Barbara Coulthard, Ian & Dorothy Hedley and David Featherstone for their kind donations.
Also thanks to Sue & Adam Senior for all their help on the night, Denis & Margaret Craig, Michael & Barbara Coulthard for the use of their trailers.
Thanks also go to Gillian Pattinson for donations of fireworks. Sandra Thompson, Sue Senior and Gwenda Elliott for making soup, Judith Raine for donation of onions and to anyone we may have missed out, A Big Thank You.
