Welcome to Vane Tempest Community Centre
 *Vane Tempest is a listed building, built in 1851 and used by the Durham military until it was converted into a Community Association Centre.
*A whole host of activities are available through the Centre. These are integrated with further sporting and leisure opportunities based at Durham Gilesgate Sports College, which is located at Gilesgate Comprehensive Community School site close by on Bradford Crescent. The facility is funded by Durham County Council.
