Good Rockin Tonite 2007
Another really good evening.Billy & the Bonqua's were as good as ever and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were glad to welcome old friends and new, and thank everyone for their support and generosity.We were pleased to welcome Helen and Jacqui from Douglas House Respice to receive our presentation of a cheque for £3,000, a selection of CD's, DVD's and a Nintendo Wii (yes I know they are like gold dust!) with all the extras and some games, worth about £600, that was on their wish list as the young people there like to keep up with the times and get so much pleasure from these. As this is the 30th anniversary of the death of Elvis we were really glad to be able to give them the 30 hundred pounds. We were also able to share a 30th anniversary cake with everyone.
