Banbury ferret Rescue

I started two years ago with the accumalation of hutches on the garden patio, now I have a shed with purpose-built accomodation for Ferrets.
The Ferrets normally come from people who can no-longer give them the attention they need. Bedding/floor materials are changed twice a week, fresh food and water are given once a day. The Vet is a regular visit for those Ferrets coming in sick and for those who just could not be released to an adopter (we have only one Ferret that requires constant Veterinary care for a re-curring abcess). Adopters have to be over 21 years of age and have to prove this as well as signing a declaration for the well-being of the Ferret.I maintain that two Ferrets are better than one because they enjoy the company of eachother as well as their owner!
