On their second visit to Wallingford, the Rautio Piano Trio will be playing Haydn's Trio in E flat Hob XV:10, Beethoven's Trio in E flat Op 10 No 2, and Tchaikovsky's Trio in A minor Op 50 (To the Memory of a Great Artist). |

Anna-Liisa Bezrodny comes from a Russian-Finnish family of musicians. She was the highest-placed violinist in the 2007 Haverhill Sinfonia Soloists Competition, and has just been selected for promotion by Making Music (The National Federation of Music Societies) under its Awards to Young Concert Artists Scheme. Her programme includes Debussy's Violin Sonata, Grieg's Violin Sonata No 3 in C minor Op 45, Prokofiev's Second Violin Sonata in D Op 84a, and Rimsky-Korsakov's Golden Cockerel Fantasy, based on themes from his exotic opera of that name. |

Firm favourites of the Music at St Peter's audience, the Sacconi Quartet play Haydn's Quartet in E, Op 54 No 3, Vaughan Williams's First Quartet in G minor (written in 1908 - and this is the 50th anniversary of RVW's death), and Ravel's Quartet in F. |
