THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION
To act as the governing body for Oxfordshires County Players, Interleague Players and Leagues affiliated to the Association. Also to act in the best interests of the players and leagues, and to promote the game of Pool within the County. The Association is affiliated to Region 5 Pool Association, and the English Pool Association (EPA).
RULES OF PLAY
The County and Interleague Teams play to World Rules. Affiliated Leagues play to rules of their own choosing. |
THE COUNTY POOL TEAMS
As a member of the English Pool Association, we play in Region 5 of the Inter-County League, playing at home and away against teams from Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
We have a Mens 'A' Team, a Mens 'B' Team and a Ladies Team. Our Ladies won the Region 5 Ladies title in 1999 and were runners up in 2001, and 2005. |
