Below are details of agencies which offer help to homeless people in Oxford, and the offers of time, goods or money which agencies welcome so that services can be offered

OXPAT (Oxford Poverty Action Trust) distributes money through agency welfare funds. You can contribute to OXPAT by putting money in collection boxes in shops, at the railway station, etc., or by sending a cheque (payable to 'OXPAT') to the Treasurer at 25 Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 6HA

Community Services
The Elmore Team 23 Park End Street, Oxford OX1 1HU (200130) Offers Support to people with multiple problems (including outreach to rough sleepers with multiple problems). Offers help for emergencies such as bus fares, food, clothing, particularly if this will assist with keeping or finding accommodation
Luther Street Medical Centre Luther Street, Oxford OX1 2DU (off Speedwell Street, via Cromwell Street) (726008) Open Open access surgeries: mornings, 9.30 am-12.00 noon, booked afternoon appointments: 2.00-5.00 pm Offers Full range of GP services, drugs assessment, practical help and advice to homeless, travelling and vulnerably-housed people Needs Donations to 'Oxford Homeless Medical Fund', tea, coffee, biscuits, etc.
St Thomas Fund for the Homeless (Contact and Assessment Team) c/o Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St Aldates, Oxford OX1 1BX (252217) Offers Outreach service providing advice, advocacy and resettlement support for the homeless. Following initial assessment, workers can (a) link people up with hostels and housing agencies within and outside of Oxford; (b) arrange, when available, hostel accomodation anywhere in the country; (c) provide travel fares for resettlement / move-on purposes
