WE are an independent non-political group founded in 1961, a member of the National Federation of Consumer Groups.

We find out the concerns of local users of shops and services, and use our collective weight to represent these to the people and organisaitos who provide them.

We maintain a list of firms and tradespeople providing good service, open to our members to refer to; we campaing for reform if need be; we assist members seeking redress.
