A5.45 Manual handling, wheelchair and voiture instruction for all helpers
16.45 Opening Mass St Joseph's Chapel

Tuesday 2nd

9.30 Mass at St Joseph's Chapel. leave ward at 9.00 am
11.00 Group photo on the steps of the Rosary Basilica, returning to the hospital via Grotto
12.00 Lunch
14.00 The Story of Lourdes, Water Ceremony & Sacrament of Reconciliation leave ward at 13.45
17.00 Procession of Blessed Sacrament leave ward at 16.15
18.00 Dinner
20.15 Group visit to Grotto leave ward at 19.45

Wednesday 3rd Day out to Bartres

9.15 Start moving the Sick
9.45 Start loading the coaches
11.00 Mass in Bartres with Anointing of the Sick
15.00 Start loading coaches for return to Accueil Notre Dame
18.00 Dinner
21.00 Torchlight Procession leave ward at 20.00

Thursday 4th

08.30 Group visit to Baths
Following Baths, remainder of the morning free with the sick.
09.00 Organised tours, museum, shopping, etc
12.00 Lunch
14.00 Mass for Deceased Members of Raphael st St Joseph's Chapel leave ward at 13.30
15.00 Organised Jubilee Way (This will take three hours. Need to be mobile/active sick wheelchairs are a possibility. The sick may miss their dinner in the hospital so they may have to purchase their dinner elsewhere. This needs to be made clear to any sick attending

15.00 Shopping/Free afternoon with the sick
18.00 Dinner
20.00 to be confirmed

Friday 5th

10.00 Final Mass in Transit Lounge
11.00 Manchester Group depart
11.30 Start loading Fourgon
11.30 Stansted coaches depart hotel
