National Adoption Week 14th – 20th October

Families through Adoption, the specialist adoption team of Father Hudson’s Society is working hard to highlight the urgent need for people to come forward to consider adoption as a positive life change they can make.

We aim to ensure that ordinary people are able to make the extra-ordinary transition to adoptive parenting. Training and preparation groups and support beyond approval helps children and their new parents, as they become a new family.

...are in groups of brothers and sisters, and we are particularly committed to finding people who can offer a permanent home to brothers and sisters – in groups of 2, 3, 4 and more. Keeping brothers and sisters together is important for the children, and it provides adoptive parents with the opportunity to become parents to children who have already established relationships with each other.
