Who we are

Carterton And Blackbourton Village Hall. Also known as the Social Centre.
A piece of land was left to the people of Carterton by Mr John Browne, for the building of a village hall. This was completed in the 60s and became a registered charity in 1967. (registered charity no:304266)
The trustees of the hall raise funds by leasing a part of it to the Social Centre Club, and by hiring the hall to groups organisations, and individuals for all types of activities, included are education,religous groups, over 60s club,country and western, physical fittness such as kick boxing and even the local weight watchers group but to mention a few
