Helpers:
All help and instruction is on a voluntary basis, and membership is free to helpers, who do not have to be swimmers. We always need more helpers - for both the Tuesday and Saturday sessions .
Medical Information:
All members with a disability are required to provide medical information on the Application for Membership Form and have it checked by a medical practitioner.
Instruction:
Instruction is given on a one-to-one basis through individual and group activities.
