Stanton on Sea ?
 | June 5th to 12th 2005 was Stanton Harcourt Summer Festival Week. A highlight of the week was the village fete whose theme was Stanton-on-Sea and the Village Players were invited to provide some suitable entertainment. This evolved into the End of the Pier Show, a mixture of panto songs, seaside songs and some sketches. An obvious choce was "Summer Holiday" for which the talented Sandra Clayton provided a Launton Transport bus. |

Stormy Weather
 | | But what British Summer would be complete without a few squalls, here Nicky Franklin solos on Stormy Weather |
|
Umbrellas
 | | And of course to handle the British summer we need some of Sir Ivan Adir's new fangled umbrellas. |
|
Rock
 | | And now for something completely different, not the Patsy Rock but the Seaside Rock. |
|
Caribbean
 | | A great opportunity to air one of our best finale numbers and our most spectacular costumes, Welcome to the Caribbean. |
|
Teeny Weeny
 | The ladies were not afraid to come out of the locker and sing about a favourite item of seaside clothing, at least as far as the men are concerned.
Artwork once again by Sandra Clayton

Musicians
 | We wouldn't have any kind of show without our musicians, Steve Webber on keyboard, Sarah Turner on sax and clarinet and Simon Turner on bass.
Thanks also to Andy Roberts for the pictures |
