10 mile Pickering Road Route
Meet in the Car Park of the small industrial Estate North of the Flamingo Land junction.
Head South along the Malton/Pickering road to the roundabout then North to beyong the Flamingo Land Turn off. |
5 Mile Pickering Road Route
Meet up at the Layby North of the bridge over the river Rye.
Head South to the Roundabout then North to the layby.

10mile Hilly Time Trial
Meet at the petrol pumps in Swinton.
Head West to Slingsby, then left at the crossroads to head South towards Castle Howard where left at the crossroads and through Conesthorpe. Now heading East, dont take the first left, but the second , down the hill into Swinton, then left again to the finish.

15m Time Trial
Meet at the junction between the Malton/Pickering road and Thornton Dale Road but on the Thornton Dale road itself.
Head Towards Thornton le Dale where left into Pickering. Left at the Roundabout and all the way to the A64 Roundabout. Head North towards the finish.

Leavening Scamble
Start at Welham Road lay-by, just after the rail crossing heading South.
Head South up Welham hill and over the other side where you turn left and over the crossroads (Marshal). South again, uphill to Leavening village to the finish.

Hill Climb
Start at Leavening Layby and go uphill as fast as you can! |
Chain Gang Route
We try to keep our average to above 20.5mph for this undulating course, so its not for the faint hearted!
Start at Malton Rail Station and warm up to Amotherby where we turn right at the crossroads towards Kirkbymoorside. Through KBMS then turn left at Welburn, continuing into Slingsby turn left again towards Malton.
Sprints at various places including the hill towards Great Barugh, hill before Welburn (careful with the traffic), hill at Ness, Slingsby sign and of course the Swinton Signpost.
