RACE NIGHT - 5th April 2002
After the success of the first race night last year, we have decided to hold another. Friday 5th April is the date. Blacksmiths Arms, Westow is the venue.
Everyone is welcome. First race will be at 8 p.m., 9 races in total.(This is instead of the usual Grand National Draw, we all get sick of selling raffle tickets.)
The Blacksmiths Arms will have thier usual late supper menu on, so if any one gets hungry!! You can order something to eat.
Race sponsors are needed, as are horse owners.
£10 enables you to sponsor a race, give it a good title
£3 buys you a horse. It is strictly first come first served so get your name down. Name your horse whatever takes your fancy. But please keep it clean !!!!
As soon as all the races are sponsored and runners sold, race cards will be available
