Brighton & Hove - A Sanctuary by the Sea

I hate using the word "disabled" when I talk about myself. I'd rather look at my abilities rather than my disabilities but society unfortunately looks at me and those like me with up-side-down glasses and what I can't do often over shadows what I can do. This site won't change the world but it might make people think about how they perceive the world. After all, what some people take for granted, people in a wheelchair, blind people, mentally challenged people, deaf people etc can't access, do or be part of. And that includes entering shops, eating in a restaurant, changing a child's nappy, getting on a bus to name but a few. I will also cover other areas that might not necessarily have anything to do with (dis)ability directly but are of interest (at least I think so!) so this site will include reviews on films, books, people, politics, religion, TV, Radio etc. etc. You name it I will look at it at some point if piques my interest. I am starting small, but like Pinky and the Brain, I aim to TAKE OVER THE WORLD but only in the nicest and most accessible way possible of course!
