Volley Ball Team
In 1952, apart from the general use of the tennis court, there was a volley ball court on land nex to the medical superintendants house and garden.(the building in the aerial photograph to the left of C Block).
The photograph includes, in the back row Beryl ?, Molly Deasey, ?, ?, Guiseler. In the front row, Mr. Hood, Mr Banks, Ken Ross, Brian Wreford. They usually played once a week but only in the hospital as there were no other teams locally.
