The Men of Burgess Hill 1939-1946

Since 1997 I have researched the names of the fallen for 1939 to 1946 on Burgess Hill’s War Memorial.

The project has reached over 200 A4 pages and each of the 90 men is represented.
Copies have been presented to:
Burgess Hill Royal British Legion, St Edward's Church, Burgess Hill Local History Society.
West Sussex County Council Library Service have now taken a copy. It is currently being catalogued and bound and will, in January 2004, be available for loan from Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath libraries. It will also be available in the reference sections of Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Worthing and Chichester.
Although I no longer live in Burgess Hill I am continuing with my research and can be contacted at email address below.

Thank you
