The CAPS management committee is made up of local volunteers, many are members of other local community groups. The committee meets every couple of months & is supported by subcommittees that focus on planning & fundraising (among other things). Many committee members organise events & deliver the CAPS newsletters. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Deliver Newsletters & Keep Fit! CAPS newsletters are issued every couple of months & are delivered to every door in Portslade South. The routes typically take about an hour to cover & it's good exercise but you don't have to be fit or terribly energetic (trust me!).
