RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
No entry money refunded
* All entries must be accompanied by correct remittance and are received on condition that the Show Committee accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or accident etc. which may be sustained to vehicles, horses or persons or any property whatsoever. * The Committee also reserve the right to disqualify or refuse to accept the entry of any competitor for any reason they may deem fit. * Judges may require horses or ponies to be measured or ask for proof of height. * Evidence of competitor’s age may be asked for by Judges. * Hard hats, to the BS standard, should be worn and safely secured at all times when mounted. * No whips or spurs in Gymkhana classes and no spurs in Classes 18, 19, 21-25, 41 and Handy Pony * Objection if any to be made to the Secretary's tent with a deposit of £15 which will be refunded if the objection is upheld. * No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers, their properties, servants or horses, in connection with or arising out of this Show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising there from. * Following a fall in any class, while competing, the rider must leave the ring dismounted and seek medical advice. * No horses/ponies to be left unattended when tied to a horse box/trailer on the showground. * Any competitor seen jumping the permanent Cross Country jumps on the showground will be disqualified from all events and asked to leave the show ground. |
