Dear Sarah i have suffered from ezcema on and off all my life. I have recently been to Dublin and found the soft water amazing for my skin (but not so good for the hair. Last year i paid to see a dermatologist and followed his advice of taking a ten min bath once a day in tepid water. It has worked a treat any longer in the bath than that and apparently your natural oils and drawn out of your skin
