The following very shory news story appeared in the Citizen - one of the local freebies - on 23.1.03 and it struck me how little things seem to have changed though, in reality, I know they have!
'A shortage of NHS beds for people with mental health problems has put a big strain on the new mental health trust's budget.' JH
