Interested in sheltered housing?

Brighton & Hove City Council's Sheltered Housing service aims to provide older
people with a high quality of accomodation and support services, meeting a wide
range of needs and so enabling older people to live independently and in comfort.

The Council have 24 Schemes across the city, many of which have recently been refurbished with new decorations, carpets and other improvements.

Although the one bedroom flats are very popular, there is less demand for studio and two bedroom flats - so the Council are especially keen to receive applicants from older people willing to accept a studio flat or requiring two bedroom size accomodation.

If you are interested in Sheltered Housing - or know of anyone who would benefit from
this type of accomodation and service - please contact Sheltered Housing Officers on 01273 293255, or Sheltered Development Officer Ginny Buckland on 01273 293256.
