We are a Non-profit making Organisation, Recycling donated furniture to Local people in need.
The Aims of AFN
To provide furniture to local people in need, for a nominal fee.
To sell furniture in the AFN shops. Money raised helps to fund the project: (1) Telephone, Heat, Lighting (2) Volunteer/Staff Exspenses (3) Repairing & restoring Furniture
To involve Members of the Shoreham Mental Health Association. Members can: (1) Staff the shop (2) Help with Delivery/Collections (3) repair/Restore Furniture.
Referrals
To ensure requests are from those with genuine needs, AFN only accepts Applications from 3 main sources.

DONATIONS
Most good quality Furniture is welcome, However the project must be selective & cannot garantee to accept:
Foam-Filled Furniture
Mattresses and beds
Electrical goods
gas stoves and heaters
Since these are controlled by trading standards regulations.
Collections Are made on 4 set days during the week & there is No charge for this. Furniture is accepted at our drivers Discretion.
