1. Aloe Vera - a Glyconutrient.

This Aloe Vera is grown in the Arizona Desert, it is not grown with chemicals, it is grown in ordinary soil. This Aloe Vera is imported into this Country and is available in 1 Litre containers. It is Raw Natural Aloe, and of great superior strength to some other Aloe Veras. It must be kept in the Fridge on opening. Aloe Vera is an anti-inflamatory, a detoxer and a nutrient for the immune system, it also helps your body absorb nutrients.

The amount you use depends partly on how much you can afford. It also depends on how severe your Crohns or other IBD is. The Aloe Vera: 1 x 30 mililitres is taken 1/2 hour before food first thing in the morning, but if the Crohns or IBD is severe please increase to another 1 x 30 mililitres 1/2 hour before lunch, and the same, last thing at night. There is also an Aloe Vera with MSM (for your body joints ); and Glucosomine (again for your body joints ), and a flash of Orange Juice (Vitamin C) take 1 x 30 mililitres of this, this is advisable to take in place of one of the 3 ordinary Aloe Vera intakes of 1 x 30 mililitres.

*** 30 mililitres is about a normal egg cup full.

Many Crohns or IBD sufferers have been on steroids which go on to cause Osteoporosis, (brittle bone), so any product that can start to reverse this is essential for the body's joints and connective tissue to be maintained healthily.

The total for the whole day would then be 90 mililitres.
