It is best to start on 1 x 30 mililitres a day 1/2 before food, for the first 5 days, to introduce your body to Aloe Vera.The dosage can then be increased to either a further 1 x 30 mililitres before bed,and if required another 1 x 30 mililitres 1/2 hour before lunch.Please do not exceed 90 mililitres in a day.
