If you have an interest in this period through the peninsula war and Waterloo then you would be among friends with this new group reencting this golden age of British history .
People have many reasons for enjoying this period, we have members that are keen on the historical and military part of our Regiment, while others prefer the Regency gentile direction, some came to us through an interest in model making and some just like taking to the field and shooting at the French but all enjoy socialising as a friendly group.
Our membership fees are low (just enough to cover insurance etc) and help is given to be kitted out.
We would like to hear from you if you are a budding soldier, musician, pioneer or are a keen sewist as we always need help with uniforms as well as the ladies bonnets and dresses.
As we recreate life in camp (even though some prefer a B&B to life under canvas) as well as home, camp cooking skills are always appreciated and as this is a family group all are welcome. We join in local and national events as well as representing Cornwalls Regiment abroad as part of the Napoleonic Association.
