Welcome to Devonport Shotokan Karate Club. We practice Shotokan Karate under the guidance of Chief Instructor, Sensei Colin Putt, 5th Dan. DEVONPORT SKC are affiliated to: FEDERATION of BRITISH SHOTOKAN KARATE UNIONS (INTERNATIONAL) KARATE ENGLAND SHOTOKAN KARATE - DO of UNITED NATIONS Shotokan Karate is a Martial Art founded by Gichin Funakoshi. We practice and follow the teachings of Nakayama Sensei, J.K.A. Club Training Times: Mondays-6:00pm - 7:30pm-Beginners/mixed grades. Fridays - 6:00pm - 7:30pm-Beginners/mixed grades. Fridays - 7:30pm - 9pm-Senior Grades. Currently under construction - more information to follow!
