Many thanks for your enquiry regarding the Quiz Leagues.This form outlines how the Mixed Sport Quiz League works.The other Leagues run along the same lines although the questions obviously in those leagues relate to Football or General Knowledge.

1.Each League consists of 10 players and each player plays each other in a match basis twice in a league season.Therefore with 10 players in each league it provides a season of 18 matches.

2.The matches take place weekly and all fixtures, questions, result sheets and answers are sent out by the Postal Quiz League.

3.Each week 20 questions are sent to each player.The same questions are sent to each player and you have 48 hours from the time you receive the questions to actually put them into the post back to the Postal Quiz League.

The player getting the most correct answers in a match gains 2 League points and if the match is drawn 1 point each.A player losing gets 0 points.You then move up and down the table depending on the number of League points you gain.

A record of the number of Total Correct Answers (TCA) is kept as players equal on points are separated by the number of TCA they have.The higher TCA gains the higher position.

At the end of the season the winner and runner up win trophies.

4.The cost of a complete League season is £26 but you can pay in instalments as the season progresses.No money is required until reminders are sent and the first payment is not required until you submit your first answers.NO MONEY NEEDS TO BE SENT WITH YOUR REGISTRATION FORM.
