WELCOME TO THE TORBAY MDC The Torbay Metal Detectors' Club is a friendly, long established club with a membership of keen, responsible detectorists. ALL WELCOME AT THE BICKLEY MILL 2009 MEMBERSHIP NOW OPEN The club meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at THE BICKLEY MILL Stoneycombe,Kingskerswell Devon TQ12 5LN at 8 pm. Monthly coin and artefact competitions are held in addition to occasional visiting speakers and a fortnightly search at one of the club's many sites. Over the years club members have discovered a host of fascinating finds, many of national significance, now residing in various museums. Prospective members are assured of a warm welcome at any of our meetings or alternatively at one of the club searches. The club is affiliated to the National Council for Metal Detecting, members of which observe a strict code of conduct and enjoy public liability insurance cover. The club can also arrange a find and recovery for lost farm machinery, Jewellery Etc.We would also appreciate any further land to Search and find that little bit of history you often thought was on your land and you never know you may even become rich in the proceed....!
