Management of the Somerset Golf Captains

1. The affairs of the Society shall be conducted by a Committee consisting of a President, Vice-President, a Captain and an Hon. Secretary and Treasurer. All elected annually. "The President to serve a maximum of 3 years".

2. At any Committee Meeting three shall form a quorum.

3. A General Meeting shall be held annually.

4. The Committee shall at any time convene a Special General Meeting.
