HUNDREDS OF SOCIAL WORKERS SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR LIFE ! As a result of care orders made by secret family courts, every year literally hundreds of new born babies are torn from their loving mother's breasts by harsh unfeeling social workers who then put them out for adoption. It is no excuse to say they were "following orders". Any self respecting social worker should resign rather than obey any order that involves ripping a baby from it's mother's breasts when no harm has ever been done to that baby by the mother. Why does this happen? Well apart from the fact that Tony Blair has demanded that adoption rates be doubled by the end of 2005, it happens because the demand for new born babies for adoption used to be satisfied by young girls who had babies out of wedlock. This is no longer a disgrace so that need now has to be satisfied as far as possible by making false and unsubstantiated claims of abuse or neglect against mothers (in their past) and using this as an excuse to take new born babies away to secret places for adoption. Kindness is practically never shown to these mothers and the only abuse to the baby comes from the social workers who deprive it of the bond formed with the mother at birth and prevent it from breast feeding which is the natural way to nourish any baby. Is all this wild talk or can it be proved? Recent articles by Nick Cohen in the Observer and by Stuart Wavell in the Times confirm that thousands of children (including hundreds of babies) have been taken via secret courts which imprison parents who dare to complain publicly and which condemn parents on the basis of rumour, gossip and hearsay from witnesses who cannot be cross examined because they do not go to court. Legal aid solicitors never challenge anything the social workers say or alledge and hardly ever call the right witnesses to help the parents because they wish to maintain good relations with the social services. Ask any legal aid solicitor who specialises in the family court, how many cases they have won so that parents recover their children and the answer is usually a big fat 0. Mothers are sent to jail and even condemned for murder on the opinion of charlatan doctors with no forensic evidence and judged purely on the balance of probabilities instead of beyond reasonable doubt as is the case in the high court.Common sense would indicate that mothers who go to court and who are desperate to rescue their children from care orders and from the social services are not usually the type of mothers who abuse or neglect their offspring. That type of mother would hardly ever bother to go to court as she would be glad to be rid of children she did not care for. On this basis, surely most mothers going to court to ask for the return of their loved ones should win with the help of social workers who say that their main job is to keep families together. In fact the opposit is the case, the mothers always lose thanks to the determination of social workers to split up families and make every effort to keep parents and children apart. What about fathers when mothers refuse contact? This is also wrong and quite simply I believe the partner who does not have custudy should normally have the right to receive the children at least during half the school holiday period. Older children who are put in foster homes are forbidden to telephone or contact their parents and vice versa by cruel unfeeling social workers even though no judge ever gives such an instruction. Meetings arranged on average 4 times per year are carefully supervised by social workers who harshly forbid parents from discussing their case or even from letting their children know that they have not abandoned them and that they want them back. This censorship takes place even though no judge orders it but the social workers achieve it purely by intimidation and threats. Very often children are sexually abused by the foster parents or careworkers in children's homes and the parents are powerless to complain in public because of gagging orders from the court which are supposed to protect the children by concealing their names and which in fact leave them open to horrible and vile abuse in the places where they are sent. Who am I and why am I writing all this? My name is Ian Josephs and I used to be a Kent County Councillor from 1960 to 1966 and even in those days mothers kept coming to me for help in retrieving their children from care orders. At that time any person could apply for a care order to be lifted so I appeared in court against my own county council on numerous occasions and never lost a case. I had to stop in 1966 eventually because I was spending too much time trying to help mothers and my language school business was getting severely neglected. Later the law was changed so that only persons with parental responsibility can now apply for care orders to be lifted so that mothers have the choice between legal aid lawyers (professional losers!) or representing themselves which is better but is difficult for people not accustomed to court procedure. Recently,I wrote to the Daily Mail after reading about recent abuses of the law by professor Meadows and others resulting in hundreds of children being removed from loving parents on the basis of false accusations of abuse. Subsequently I received several requests for help and advice from mothers & fathers who had lost or were about to lose their children and worse still their new born babies, so I am back in action. I now run a language school in Monaco but am still keen to advise and help mothers or fathers wrongly deprived of contact with their own children. My advice is usually to make life as difficult as possible for these evil social workers. Every living relative of these children should fill in simple forms at their local court firstly requesting contact and secondly requesting that care orders should be lifted. Social workers have to employ solicitors and barristers for every court case and this takes time and money. THIS LEAFTLET and any relevent newspaper articles should be photocopied and distributed outside social service offices, photographs should be taken of social workers smoking pot (which they often do) and continual phone calls and letters should be showered upon them. If you follow the usual advice of cooperating with the nice social workers you will never get your children back. Your one advantage over them is that you have only your own children to worry about while they have hundreds, so if you take up enough of their time and money there is a good chance that they will cave in especially if you can get them bad publicity without of course naming them. Well good luck to anybody who reads this with your fight with those horrible and disgusting people. It is interesting to note that the majority of social workers are spinsters, bachelors, divorced persons, lesbians, or gays, who do not have a happy family life with their own children and that is why they take it out on you.
