Introduction
HomeMakers Community Recycling is based in Abergavnny, but works throughout Monmouthshire collecting unwanted furniture and household goods and appliances from the community. The items are then cleaned, restored and repaired by the volunteers of HomeMakers ready for sale at a low and affordable cost to the public. All items purchased are able to be delivered at a small cost. The showroom in Abergavenny is open Mon - Fri 10am -3pm. Sales are held in Monmouth every third Friday of the month, in the Shire Hall, Monmouth and are planned for every 1st Monday of the month for the Senior Citizens Centre in Chepstow. Both these sales start at 10am and end at 3pm.
