Dear Secretary, After 3 previous highly successful tournaments, the club will hold the first of two Six-a-side tournaments 24th June 2007, 10.30am kick off. You are invited to submit a team / teams for this competition. Entrance fee is £50.00 per team (non refundable), you may enter more than one team. The entrance fee must be included with the detachable attached entry form below and must be returned to the above address, a phone call will not be accepted as confirmation of your teams entry, entry numbers are limited for our competitions A full copy of the Rules will be posted to you prior to the competition, you will also be able to view the rules on our web site. All teams must be affiliated to their County Football Association, no proof of affiliation no entry. Any club failing to register 30 minutes prior to the start with be eliminated from the competition and lose their entry fee.
