What does the Relief Care Service offer?
A Relief Carer who is specially trained to understand how memory problems affect you and who could come to your home
at any time of the day or evening*
on any day of the week*
To provide:
practical guidance and support for you
social trips out e.g. to a garden centre, library, walks, coffee in town
practical help e.g. to drive and accompany you to do your shopping
help to collect your pension, pay your bills
an opportunity to talk
