Thursday 19th July - Old fashioned Games Day at Bell on the Common Broughton Gifford 10.30 to 4 p.m. Tickets £5 members (non-members £6) CLOSING DATE 18 June

Thursday 26th July – International Day ‘India’ at Melksham Assembly Hall 10.30 to 3.30. Cost £18 includes coffee on arrival and curry lunch. Non-members £21.50. CLOSING DATE 22 June

Lady Denman Cup – 500 words ‘My Moment of Glory’ explaining wishes, dreams whether sporting, social, political or just plain humorous as to why they would have liked to have participated or been at a specific sporting event. Monday 29th October – Annual Council Meeting at City Hall Salisbury from 10.30 to 3.30 Speaker is Paul Mayhew-Archer, co-writer of Vicar of Dibley plus other TV personalities and programmes. Cost £10 members, non-members £12. Coaches will be extra at a later date. CLOSING DATE 17 SEPTEMBER

Grace Methuen Group Meeting on 18 May at 7 p.m. in Corsham Town Hall with speaker John Negus on the Canadian Rockies from Banff to Vancouver Island and Butchart Gardens. Please report to Diane Yeman on arrival for roll call purposes.
