About our services and other activities

We who belong to Bulford Chapel are very ordinary folk who have come to know Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Lord. That may sound strange, but we should love to tell you about him as well. We don’t claim that knowing him takes all our problems away (we may even pick up some more on the way!), but we believe that to come to know him is the most important thing in a person’s life.
If you would like to know more, or are even just a bit curious, why not come along to one of the meetings which take place during the week?
On Sundays there are services in the Chapel, in the morning at 11 o’clock and in the evening at 6 o’clock. They are very simple and straightforward, with a sermon explaining some part of God's Word, the Bible. Also in the morning, at 10 o’clock, we have Sunday Club and Bible Class for children.
Also for children of primary school age, we have "Adventurers" on Tuesday evenings during school terms (6.15 to 7.30), with games, a tuck shop and some Bible teaching and craft work.
For senior citizens there is a fortnightly meeting for ladies on Wednesday afternoons at 2.30, with "open afternoons" to which the gentlemen are also invited every so often.
Our regular mid-week Bible Study and Prayer Meeting takes place on Thursday evenings, commencing at 7.30 p.m. in various venues (phone for details).
Apart from the midweek meeting and Sunday services, most activities take place in the chapel hall, which is behind the Manse, 47 High Street.
