Castle Combe Colts 1 - 4 Pewsey Vale

Pewsey were 3 goals up within the 1st 10 mins after a sloppy start by Combe!! combe woke up after this but the 3 early goals seemed to kill the game off and combe were unable to ever really find there stride after this. At half time Combe chjanged keeper as Luke Jones was unable to carry on after an injury. So in stepped right midfielder sam tinson who had a superb stint in goal in the 2nd half and was only undone with a superb lob. After going 4 nil down Pewsey striker got passed Sam tinson and was left with just Jake Vincent to knock it passed, but some great handwork from Jake tipped the ball away but also resulted in Pewsey being given a penalty and jake being booked. Pewsey then missed the penalty so it proved to be a goal saving stop by Jake. Combe scored late on through Darren Applegate but it was just to little to late from Castle Combe.
