An amazing £8750 was raised from the GRAND TOUR of Chippenham and Corsham this year - beating all our previous records!The Lions Club thanks everyone who gave so generously. All money collected will be donated to Lions’ Charities, which includes Chippenham’s Transport for the Disabled and fighting blindness in the third world.
The float got underway just after 6pm each night in the three week run-up to Christmas, and continued its tour up to about 8-30pm. As in previous years the Lions are
very grateful to the principal and students of Lackham College for the loan of the tractor and trailer and for helping out with the driving.
