Guss & Crook 0 Cock Inn Rangers 0 20.03.05
 | Rangers last trip to Timsbury ended up a total disaster Conceding ten goals in a one- sided game. that was two seasons ago.G&C who got promoted that season came straight down again, and are continuing to fall if this display is to go by.Rangers Lacked the killer touch after they dominated much of the play but could not find that final finish.
It was Man of Match Rangers Player Manager Jeff Glasson show that seemed to spur on his side who excelled themselves in all quarters,if Top Scorer Chris Davis debutising for Stuart Green clean sheet was something to go by .This may have been Rangers game of the season. Rangers could have taken the lead after J glasson was fouled in the box. John Burns however shot straight at the keeper, this paved the way for countless efforts by the away side.Ten minutes later after a onslaught of the Crooks box left-back Jamie Mead managed to find the net, only for it to ruled out,Referee D bISHOP unsighted as the ball was cleared supposely off the line. Burns Jacques Cryer and Shuttlewood all had efforts before the half finished. Second half saw the home side come back into the game. The football played by rangers was flowing, but the tempo of the game had them stretched at times. this gave G&C chances which Chris Davis dealt with.John Burns then had two excellent chances to give rangers the lead but was stopped by the keeper. Both shuttlewood and Stuart Green came close from long range efforts.
Rangers had to make a double substitution,Mark Davies making a return from injury for John Burns and John Green replaced the impressive J mead. They were nearly instrumental in giving rangers that derserved lead,John Green first touch was to clear of the line upfield ,it reached Andy Cryer who fed Davies the perfect Throughball, but his rusty legs could not loop the ball higher enough over the alert keeper who spread himself big and wide.
The Game soon slowed down and it became end to end. Kev Blissett had looked toconceded a penalty which would have been really harsh, but the linesman opinion that the striker had dived changed the referees first decision,With A let off rangers spurned themselves on for the last five . Player-Manager Jeff Glasson picking up Mark Davies ball and jinxing past three players into the box,but his final touch was to tame to reach Cryer who was screaming hell mary's at him and all the way to the changing rooms after the fianl whistle. FINAL SCORE 0-0.

 | Rangers played top of the table in a scrappy game were rangers matched thier oppenents, what they lacked was that killer touch at front, but they can hopefully build on this for next season. Chris davis remained in goal with andy pringle an mark thomas the only changes from last week.Rangers defended well first half and the lack lustre wasps side only beaten twice this season could not play thier flowing football and were caught once or twice by rangers quick break. Rangers fell behind just afte ther the break, Warminster Towns tom welch blasting in a first time volley from a unleared corner. a double substitution saw Mike and Jamie Mead leave the feild and Mark thomas and skipper Pete cobley join the fray, this inspired rangers to more of the spell on the ball. However rangers stretched themselves and wasps grabbed their second after the complet defence were left flat footed, chris davis was able to get his hands on the spinning shot, but it slipped though his hold and was stabbed in.final score 2-0

Greyhound 3 Cock Inn Rangers 1

Rangers final game of the season did not bring the joys of spring,, More the capping of a season of misery, as their hosts 3-1 win. Leaves them only to draw one of their last two games to lift themselves off the bottom spot which they have resided in all season.
Greyhound have always been an easy six points in past seasons , but Rangers dismal season have seen greyhound do the double over their bottom of the league neighbours.
Rangers started of brightly from the start and could have taken the lead just under the three minute mark, but the greyhound keeper was more alert than his defence. once both teams settled in , it became end to end with both teams forging out chances without reward in the first half . The second half turned out to more entertaining A dubious penalty and sending off, changed the course of the game. Rangers central defender john green was deemed to be last man as he brought down the hosts striker just outside the box .he was automatically straight red card five minutes into the second half and then Greyhound were awarded the penalty which they duly converted. Chris davis was then replaced by Mark Davies as ten man Rangers tried to bring themselves back into the game. Their response was nearly awarded with an equaliser Mark davies and John Burns both going close within a minute of each other. Rangers then conceded a second after stretching themselves after having a good spell on the ball and not looking like ten men, this did not deter Player-Bosses Glassonsside who pulled one back with ten minutes to go, Andy Pringle run upfield from defence was unheeded ,his pass found Glasson whose cheeky side footed chip over two defenders let in Mark davies who volleyed in to make it 2-1. But with eight minutes to go Greyhound made the game safe with their third.final score 3-1.
