DEVIZES AND DISTRICT SKITTLES LEAGUE
Committee meeting held on Tuesday 19th January 2007 at The Conservative Club at 8.05 pm.
Present: J. Webb (Chairman), B. Harris (Fixtures Secretary), L. Thomas (Secretary), G. Griffiths,
W. Fudge, P. Fuller, I. Moffatt, D. Jones.
Apologies: Apologies were received from P. Webster (Vice Chairman), G. Underwood (Treasurer) I. Day,

The minutes of the last meeting were read by the Chairman, signed and adopted as a true record.
Matters Arising. There were no matters arising.
Correspondence: There was no correspondence.

AOB: Would Captains please note that the Captain of the Dirty Dogs, Ian Moffatt’s phone number is now 01225 706215.

Would all Captains please ensure that scoresheets must are sent to Brian Harris’s home address and NOT to the TA Club. His address is 38 Mayenne Place, Devizes, Wilts, SN10 1QJ.
All captains are reminded that if a game is cancelled, a scoresheet must be submitted. "Game cancelled" must be written across the sheet.

Teams are reminded that if an alley contains more than one Pitch Line, they MUST designate which one they will be using during the season. There can be no variations at all.
Skittle League Web Site. The website is currently out of action.. The website can be accessed by logging into www.communigate.co.uk/wilts/devizesskittles.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 8.35 p.m.
It would be appreciated if teams changing their names, venues, or Captains inform me so that I can upgrade my records.
