The Group notes with deep regret the passing of Anne Moore on 6th December. Anne had been Chair of the Swindon Group for several years, and had served its committee loyally for many years prior to that. She had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes many years earlier, and was always keen to support others with the condition. Her contagious enthusiasm and optimism will be sadly missed by the Group, but its committee is keen to explore ideas for some form of lasting tribute to her memory, and seeks suggestions as to how this might be achieved locally.
