Option B
This comprises of 8 three-bedroom houses and 4 two-bedroom flats with 22 parking spaces for the new homes together with a playgound and hardstanding area. Vehicular access to the site would be gained from Forty Acres. |
Option C
This comproses of 2 three-bed houses and 5 two-bedroom houses with 14 parking spaces for new homes together with a play ground and hardstanding area. Vehicular access to the site would be gained from Eastleigh Road with the existing access from Forty Acres maintained. |
Option D
Comprises of 6 two-bedroom houses and 3 three-bedroom houses with 12 parking spaces for the new homes together with a playground and hardstanding area. Vehicular access to the site would be gained from Forty Acres. |
Option E
Comprises of a playground and hardstanding area with no new housing to overlook the play areas. |
What happened to Option A?
We can only assume that Option A was the most expensive that Sarsens had at the time, and that this has been dropped. |
