Parent Rota

We ask all parents to help in the Playgroup for at least one of the sessions their child attends during each half term. This is vital to the Playgroup as your support:

benefits the staff by having more time to concentrate on specific activities with your child
lets you see what your child gets up to!

There is a list on the Playgroup Notice Board for you to specify which session you can attend.

Help

As the Playgroup is a charity run by the parents, we would be delighted to hear from anyone who may be interested in joining our committee to help with fund raising, social events and other Playgroup matters.
If you have a hobby, craft or job that you feel might contribute to the Playgroup, either directly for the children or for the maintenance or improvement of the facilities, please feel free to speak to a member of the staff or committee.

Suggestions

We like to know that the services we are providing are what you expect of the Playgroup. If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of the staff or committee.

Complaints

As a parent or carer, you have the right to complain about any Playgroup issue that concerns you.
Please feel free to come and discuss any issue with a member of the staff or committee. A list of telephone numbers is available on the Notice Board, which is in the entrance of the Playgroup
